LISTING REFUND POLICY

SUPPLYgoGREEN – Advertisement Services
It aligns with German and EU commercial laws, clearly separates B2B and B2C rights.

At SUPPLYgoGREEN, we support the visibility of sustainable products and services through curated advertisement placements across our platform and associated digital channels. To ensure transparency and compliance with applicable legal frameworks, please carefully review our refund policy for Listing Services (“Ad Services”).

1. No Refunds After Publication
Once an advertisement is published on SUPPLYgoGREEN, the Ad Service is deemed fully performed and delivered. Accordingly, no refunds will be issued after the advertisement has gone live. This is because the advertising service provides immediate, irreversible exposure, fulfilling the contractual obligation on our part.

2. For Consumers (Private Individuals)
§ 13 BGB – Right of Withdrawal: If you are contracting with us as a consumer under German law (§ 13 BGB), you are generally entitled to a statutory 14-day cancellation period. However, this right ends prematurely if:
- You explicitly request  that we begin providing the Ad Service during the withdrawal period, and
- You acknowledge and accept that by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully provided (i.e., once your advertisement is live).

2.1 Summary | Consumer (§ 13 BGB)
- Right to cancel: Yes, within 14 days unless waived
- Refund After Publication: Not possible once ad is online, live.

These consents will be collected during the ordering process, and a confirmation (including the contract and these terms) will be sent to you via email upon completion of your order. Once the advertisement is online and publicly visible, your right to cancel is forfeited under § 356 (5) BGB, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

3. For Businesses (Entrepreneurs)
§ 14 BGB – B2B Transactions - If you are purchasing as a business entity or self-employed professional (an “entrepreneur” under § 14 BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply. All B2B contracts are final. Once your advertisement is published and live, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.

3.1  Summary | Consumer (§ 14 BGB)
- Right to cancel: No
- Refund After Publication: Not possible once ad is online, live.

4. Service Failures or Errors on Our Part
In the unlikely event that:
- Your advertisement is not published due to a technical failure on our side, or
- The Ad Service is **not delivered as agreed**, despite your correct and timely submission, you are entitled to either: a full refund, or a re-publication of your listing (ad) at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing within 7 calendar days from the agreed publication date to claim this.
